For most of his adult life Mauricio Martinez Neri dreamed of owning a business in which he could create meals in his own culinary style.  His dream became a reality in January, 2012, when he kicked-off  Fresh Personal Chefs in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. After moving back to the states, he grew his personal chef business in Wisconsin.

Now, with over 20 years of experience at top restaurants throughout Door County, as a personal chef in Puerto Vallarta, and more than eight years as a personal chef in Door County,  Chef Mauricio has created an experience not to be missed!
